One thing it’s important to remember about FlexJobs, and indeed any job board, is that you may not find your dream job on the first day you look. This is one of those features that illustrates that the value of a FlexJobs membership is higher if you’re willing to put some time and effort in.

While I was searching, I did find some listings going back months rather than weeks. Out of date job listings are something people seem to complain about with every job board. It’s almost inevitable that you’ll find some on FlexJobs too.
